2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail or phone call.
3. Plan on coming in 10-15 minutes before class.
4. Be prepared to sweat! Bring a towel.
5. Wear comfortable gym clothes i.e. sweats, shorts, t-shirt and sneakers.
6. Bring a bottle or 2 of water. You may also buy bottles of water from us.
7. We will register you and give you a 15 minute orientation showing you all of the punches and kicks that we use in class.
8. The first class is FREE. You will need to wear protective boxing or martial arts gloves. We have gloves for you for to use in 1st class.
9. Class lasts 60 minutes.
Note: All Levels are WELCOME! Even if you never kickboxed before... ages (13 and up).
